Brand new cozy studio apartments with private entrance Opening for the 2018 summer season, we offer these conveniently located private studios. Come and stay in the picturesque fishing village of Stykkishólmur, close to nature but within walking distance of all amenities as well as the old town centre. Check us out from the air in our new drone video by Youtubing “stykkishólmur gisting” The space Ground floor area approx. 14 m2 /150 square feet (excluding the upstairs sleeping area). There are four of these brand new houses all-in-all on the grounds. Three of the houses have two studio apartments, each with an en-suite bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs (low to ceiling and everyone has to crawl) . Every studio has a private entrance. One of the houses has a single, slightly larger studio apartment, with an en-suite bathroom and upstairs sleeping area like the others. This particular house however has wheel-chair access and extra room for a baby travel cot (provided at no extra cost upon request). There is plenty of free parking space on the premises with a short path to the houses. We are next to the town campsite, right by the golf course, within walking distance of the local shops and the glorious swimming pool.
