Lovingly newly renovated vacation home in an idyllic location at the end of the Melbecker Valley in the hilly Sauerland. A cozy atmosphere, tranquility and beautiful scenery make a vacation unforgettable! Dogs are welcome at an extra cost of €10/day. Looking forward to seeing you soon in Obermelbecke! The space The heart of the vacation home is the spacious, cozy living and dining room with views over the valley, the riding arena and the horse pastures & paddocks. The fireplace provides cozy warmth and sweetens many winter hours. The upper floor offers two rooms with double beds (1.80 m), a bathroom with toilet and shower and an additional toilet. For this rental for 2-4 people, the attic with additional rooms & bathrooms is not available. Each guest of course has their own high-quality mattress. Dogs are welcome for an extra charge of €10 per day. The initial equipment of the pellet stove is included in the price. Additional bags can be purchased from us. The vacation home will be rented out for the first time in 2019. Guest access The house has its own entrance and is independent. We live in the farm next door and are happy to help with any questions you might have. Other things to note Falkenegg offers an exciting annual program for riders & interested parties. Cyclists are happy to be able to cycle directly and to know the bicycles safely stowed in the evening. In the forests that start right at your doorstep, you can hike wonderfully.
