Cozy 2 BR 1 BA home in a nice quiet neighborhood

This cute little house is just down the road from SUNY Fredonia. It is just a 5 minute drive to the NYS Thruway, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown Fredonia and Lake Erie shoreline are a short drive away. The space Living room has a sectional with a recliner on each end, and a desk. Bedrooms have dressers, nightstands, and luggage racks. There is a Roku TV in the LR and both bedrooms. Feel free to put your passwords in. The TV’s are in Guest mode, simply set your date you are leaving on the calendar and you will be logged out on that day. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house which includes two bedrooms, one bath, living room, kitchen, and sun room. The washer and dryer are in the sun room. There is also a deck off the sun room. Guests do not have access to the garage or basement. Other things to note This house is not to be rented to have a party! It is meant for people traveling or staying to see family in the area. This is a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The neighbors have been instructed to call the police if they see a party going on. If you want to have a party, rent a place that is for parties and not mine. Thank you.
