The space A forest and meadow property of about 5000 m² on the hill invites you to relax. Not everything is finished at the house, but it is growing and thriving in, on and around the house. Ideal for single relaxers for reading, couples and friends or a small family. A queen-size bed (2 single mattresses each 80 cm, medium-hard and hard), 2 single beds coupled in the sleeping gallery and 2 window sills invite you to relax. 2 tilting reading chairs, dining table with 4 chairs and wood-burning stove for colder days. With air conditioning and heating system, kitchen block and kitchen with new appliances: micro oven, oven, induction 4-burner stove, sink, large fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a basic set of self-catering equipment. Floor space approx. 5 x 11 m inside plus sleeping gallery 5 x 3 m (standing height max. 184 cm in the attic) The bathroom with toilet, stone sink and a nice large shower with an outside view and electric underfloor heating. Linens and towels are provided. For toddlers, there is not enough fall protection on stairs and terraces - this is particularly pointed out, as the safety of the little ones is very important to us. Therefore, the house is more suitable from about 5-6 years of age. Other things to note An additional cleaning fee of €80 will be charged for each stay.
