There’s no better place to have a cold beer than the local pub, where you can enjoy typical Bulgarian cuisine The space Villa Kalin is located in the vicinity of Kilifarevo monastery, known as a centre of Tarnovo Literary School during the First Bulgarian Kingdom, and is only 12 km away from the old capital city of Veliko Turnovo. The Belitsa river, a tributary to the Yantra river runs through the small and scenic village of Natsovtsi. The first slopes of the Balkan mountains (Stara planina) rise here. The proximity to the international road E85 provides fast and convenient transport communication with the nearby city of Veliko Turnovo and other parts of the country. Villa Kalin is a two-floor newly decorated house with a garden, BBQ and four parking spaces. On the first floor there is a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen - fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, a toster, an electric kettle and a drier. Additionally there is a study and spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD and a convertible bed couch, as well as WC with a shower. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with air conditioners, WC with a bathtub and a large 15-square-meter terrace, which provides a splendid view to the surrounding mountains. Heating: A central heating system is used to heat the bottom floor during winter, whereas the bedrooms are equipped with heating radiators. Yard: apart from a beautiful garden with BBQ and parking, guests are welcome to use two bicycles, a set of outdoor furniture: table with plastic chairs, four lounge chairs and an umbrella, as well as a kids outdoor swing. Accommodation: The three bedrooms consist of one double bed and 4 single beds in total. A convertible bed couch and a comfortable folding bed provide possibility for additional accommodation.
