Well-kept apartment with separate entrance

In the basement of our house, there is a spacious living/bedroom on 40 square meters next to the hallway, small kitchen and shower room. Here, the 140 x 200 cm box spring bed (for max. 2 people, child = 1 person) with visco topper for a good night's sleep. The apartment has its own entrance, which can be reached via a staircase. In front of the entrance area of the apartment, it is also possible to stay outdoors. A garden table and chairs are available for this purpose. The space From the hallway, you can reach the small kitchen on the left, which is equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, the fridge does not have a freezing function, but frozen food can be stored with us on request. However, there are also various shopping facilities nearby, where you can until 10 pm. For cooking, there is a 2-burner stovetop and a back grill. Baking paper is provided. A capsule machine prepares delicious coffee specialties on request. A small selection of capsules are available. In addition, there is a kettle, egg boiler, toaster and hand mixer. Various spices are provided as well as various teas. Dish soap, dish towel, dish brush and drying towels help with the dishes; unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. The bathroom is right next door; here you will find fluffy hand, bath, guest towels and washcloths as well as cosmetic wipes, shampoo, cream, etc. Of course, a hairdryer is also available. From the hallway on the right you enter the living/bedroom, which has a box spring bed with viscotopper, a work corner, a dining area and a reading corner. The soundbar under the TV ensures a pleasant sound experience, but you can also receive your favorite music via the Bamster. A quick charger for newer cell phone models is also available on the desk. A dehumidifier and an air purifier ensure a pleasant indoor climate without viruses and allergens. A bottle of water and some snacks should make settling in easier. Wi-Fi and various “reading material” is available. An information folder provides information about restaurants, shopping, etc. The clothes and luggage can be stored in the small chamber. Here you will also find a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing pad, spare towels and the like. Our apartment is particularly suitable for business travelers. Guest access In front of the apartment you can enjoy the afternoon sun and relax; garden chairs and a garden table are provided. By the way, smokers will also find an ashtray here on request, because our apartment is a non-smoking accommodation. Other things to note An additional amount of 8 euros will be charged for the 2nd person. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
