Beautiful, family-friendly house

Welcome to Beder: 12 km south of Aarhus is our yellow house. Beautifully located close to the forest and lovely beach. Right by fields and forests with bird whistle, silence, and the opportunity to see stars at night. The space The house is part of a community, but is completely private and has its own garden. All the common areas outside the house are common property. There is a communal house with plenty of activities such as table football, pool table, games and pillow room and there is a communal fireplace, fruit trees, berry bushes, trampoline, sandbox and 2 communal playgrounds. The house is 142 km with large living room, 2 bathrooms, two double bedrooms, 2 children's rooms with beds, a room with single bed and the possibility of bedding in the living room on the sofa bed for 2 people. It is also possible to borrow a cot and high chairs. From the cozy, small kitchen room there is direct access to the private garden with its own trampoline, fireplace and outdoor kitchen. Guest access The entire community is car-free but with its own parking space just outside. Other things to note In the area there is ample opportunity for walks, swimming and cycling. It is 4 km to Moesgård Museum and Aarhus golf club and 2.5 km to Vilhelmborg horse center. If you are into mountain biking, there is a route to Aarhus through the Marselisborg Forest. From the house it is 1 km to Letbanen and bus 100 runs right outside the door to the many cultural and food offerings in cozy Aarhus. The town of Beder has supermarkets, bakery, pizza takeaway, pharmacy and a gas tank. Everything you need for a vacation.
