Welcome to Beder: 12 km south of Aarhus is our yellow house. Beautifully located close to the forest and a lovely beach. Right by fields and forest with birdsong, silence and the opportunity to see stars at night. The space The house is part of a residential community, but is completely private and has its own garden. All common areas outside the house are jointly owned. Here is a common house with lots of activity options such as foosball, pool table, games and pillow room and there is a common fireplace, fruit trees, berry bushes, trampoline, sandbox and 2 common playgrounds. The house is 142 km with a large living room, 2 bathrooms, two bedrooms with double beds, 2 children's rooms with beds, a room with a single bed and the possibility of making a bed in the living room on a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also the possibility to borrow a crib and high chairs. From the cozy, small kitchen area there is direct access to the private garden with its own trampoline, fireplace and outdoor kitchen. Guest access The entire community is car-free but with its own parking space just outside. Other things to note In the area, there are plenty of opportunities for walks, swimming and cycling. It is 4 km to Moesgård Museum and Aarhus Golf Club and 2.5 km to Vilhelmborg Horse Center. If you are into mountain biking, there is a route to Aarhus through Marselisborg Forest. From the house, it is 1 km to the tram and bus 100 runs right outside the door to the many cultural and food offers in cozy Aarhus. The town of Beder has supermarkets, a bakery, pizza takeaway, a pharmacy and a gas station. Everything you need to go on vacation.
