Fishing cabin overlooking east Galveston Bay. Located at Seiver's Cut on private canal. Fishing off the deck of the cabin & million dollar sunsets daily as the barges & tug boats pass. Very peaceful and relaxing. One mile from beach on the bay side. The space NO WIFI OR INTERNET WINDOW UNIT A/C in main room and one in each bedroom Cabin has the following basics: 3 queen beds 2 bathrooms kitchen and living space. Porch overlooking the bay. Local channels TV & DVD Each bed has fitted sheet, flat sheet, coverlet & 2 pillows. Cabin includes 5 towels, 5 rags, 3 hand towels, toilet paper & paper towels. Kitchen includes full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes. Dish soap, spray cleaner, hand soap & sponge. NO PARTIES NO FIRES ON DECK or under NO TRAILERS Guest access Parking for two spots total shared intercoastal frontage with other tenants including night fishing, please let me know if you are bringing a trailer so we can make accommodations properly Other things to note No WiFi Unit has window units for a/c Parking for 2 vehicles We try our best but bugs are out of our control! Mosquitoes can be bad at random times and during dry periods ants are very invasive due to sandy soil. If there are any problems please call/text & we will promptly resolve. Peninsula is known for power outages in peak times. 15$ a day per pet on all approved pets
