Testimonial from a guest who has stayed with us, but booked privately, not through Airbnb ... "We have regularly stayed at different times of the year and would throughly recommend it. Fabulous garden to enjoy in the summer with great walks and pubs in the area & cosy fires in the winter. A wonderful decorated Christmas tree sets the festive tone & the Winchester Christmas market is a must. Stockbridge is great for a bit of retail therapy and also boasts a wonderful butcher, greengrocer and deli. The perfect home away from home.” Lorraine Sockett Review from an extended family group that stayed August 2021 … “We loved staying in your house. Absolutely beautiful and so peaceful (in fact, I couldn’t get to sleep at home last night because I was suddenly conscious of the noise from the street!). The outdoor dining area works brilliantly as it’s so sheltered: we used it for nearly every meal. Thank you for the nice touches such as the biscuits on arrival, marshmallows and masses of shower gel. We felt very looked after.”
