Apple Tree Cottage is a refurbished two bedroom cosy cottage with a separate large shower room, set in a peaceful countryside setting. With off road parking for two cars, electric car charging point, countryside views, and situated between Junctions 9 and 10 of the M40 and 4 miles from the A34. Bicester Village and Oxford close by. Ideal for weekends, short breaks or longer stays to explore everything Oxfordshire has to offer. The space *Minimum 3 night stay* (Please note this may vary during high season, we will confirm this at time of enquiry) Apple Tree Cottage is a luxury two-bedroom cottage set in a beautiful parkland setting. Downstairs there is an entrance hallway with a separate WC. The large sitting and dining area has a large inglenook fireplace and there is a fully fitted kitchen and utility room. A stable door from the kitchen leads you to a private patio with table and chairs to enjoy in the summer months as well as a communal grass area which is shared with the adjoining cottages. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a super-king bed (which can be made up as a twin room on request) and a further small single bedroom. There is a shower room with underfloor heating. Please note that if sheets and towels are left heavily marked with fake tan we reserve the right to charge guests for extra cleaning. If sheets are left stained after cleaning we reserve the right to charge guests for replacement sheets or towels. Guest access Guests will have sole access to all parts of Apple Tree Cottage, as well as a shared access with adjoining cottages to the grassed garden area. Visitors have access to a beautiful walk along a farm track through parkland. Other things to note Apple Tree Cottage is on a working farm.
