Studio of 30 m2 located on the port of Cancale. The cottage is in an alley 50 m from the sea and it has a small sea view. The perfect place to recharge your batteries enjoying the picturesque setting of the harbor alleys and the liveliness of the surrounding restaurants and troquets. The space The cottage is located on the 2nd floor in an old fisherman's house divided into 3 apartments. As it is an old fisherman's house, the access staircase is quite steep. We draw your attention to the fact that we offer extra linens at the price of €10 per bed and towels at a price of €7 per person. Guest access The studio includes: - a kitchen area with equipped kitchenette, fridge, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine as well as everything you need to cook, - a lounge area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, - a double bed and a wardrobe - a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. It is possible to access the alley to load and unload luggage or groceries. You can then park in the port parking lots or in the free load shedding parking lot located 10 min walk. Other things to note The cottage is equipped with basic necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, household products, etc. We ask guests to clean before departure. The bed is equipped with 60x60 pillows, a mattress protector and a 220x240 duvet. We offer end-of-stay cleaning for an additional fee of €50. A baby bed and chair can also be arranged on request.
