We welcome you to our family home located in the center of the island, giving easy and ideal access to authentic Guadeloupe, beach or mountain side. We have furnished an entire suite of fifty square meters with direct access to the pool and garden with some fruit trees. The accommodation is new, colorful and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped and the living room includes a sofa and TV. The bathroom includes a shower and two sinks. The room is air-conditioned. The space The place is an entire suite with a private entrance. It includes an air-conditioned bedroom, a quality 160×200 bed, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen. The whole opens onto a large terrace, the pool and the garden. A cellar with a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. The accommodation has a water tank providing permanent access to water. Guest access Access to gardens, swimming pool, barbecue. Only registered guests have access to the pool. Parties are forbidden. Other things to note Cleaning is provided by guests. No cleaning fee is applied to the accommodation. We therefore ask tenants to return the studio in the same condition as when you arrived: - clean floor (swept and washed) - oven/microwave, refrigerator and inside of cupboards cleaned - dishes done and put away - pillowcases, sheets, bath towels and tea towels placed in the laundry basket - shower cubicle, sink and toilet bowl clean - garbage cans emptied.
