The ground floor apartment is about 85 square meters and suitable for 4 people. In the spacious bedroom you will find a double bed and a sofa bed. The living room overlooking the water is also equipped with a high-quality sofa bed. Here you will also find a dining area for up to 5 people. In cooler temperatures, the conservatory belonging to the apartment proves its worth. Take advantage of our garden overlooking the Schlei and enjoy a glass of wine in our beach chairs. The space The eat-in kitchen with dining area is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven and microwave. There is a washing machine in the daylight bathroom with shower. The cozy living room overlooking the garden and the Schlei has a flat-screen TV. A dining area for 4 - 5 people can be found both in the kitchen and in the living room. The kitchen has an exit to the terrace equipped with garden furniture. A linen package (towels, bed linen) can be booked for €20 per person per week. For a dog, we charge a fee of €4 per day. There is a €70 fee for final cleaning. Enjoy your vacation in all seasons. Our powerful heating looks forward to making your apartment the cozy center of your activities even in the cooler seasons. In spring and autumn, the landscape on the Schlei unfolds its very special charm. Hiking and biking are often more pleasant in these seasons than in midsummer. And if you have the fresh sea air blowing around your nose during a nice autumn or winter walk, a strong Frisian tea or a grog in the warm room tastes even better. Other things to note The two apartments in the house can also be booked together. For this purpose, a connecting door can be opened.
