A small gas grill and firepit + wood, and chairs and a patio table on back patio. Owner lives next door and will be available to answer questions about the area. The home is located in a quiet residential area, has a fenced-in backyard with a screened-in porch, as well as a second living space in the finished basement below, along with a washer and dryer. This location is close to a family-oriented brewery two blocks away, numerous wineries, a cidery, and distilleries in the area as well. St. Joseph is a fun town to walk around, get ice cream, fudge, shop, and go down below the bluff and stroll along the beach and out to the pier. Just below the bluff in St. Joseph is a unique and fun spouting fountain that is very enjoyable for children, as well as Curious Kids Museum, and a beautiful indoor carousel. Our guests will have access to the entirety of the home, as well as the one-car attached garage. I look forward to meeting you, and will be available when needed. Quiet, residential neighborhood--great for walking or running, with local brewery two blocks away, and easy access to a dozen or more wineries and breweries, beaches, and Four Winds Casino, golf courses, and other attractions in St. Joseph/Benton Harbor, MI. Very convenient for people attending the Sr. PGA Championship in Benton Harbor, MI at Harbor Shores Golf Course. There are 2-3 parking places in the driveway, as well as two additional spaces on the street. The neighborhood has sidewalks, and is a great walking/running neighborhood to walk dogs, and go for quiet walks. Six beach chairs, and 10 beach towels are available to our guests for their use at local beaches.
