Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, dining table and chairs. Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and wc. Note: very steep Norfolk winder staircase therefore unsuitable for elderly or small children. First Floor: Bedroom 1 (front) with a double bed, Bedroom 2 (front) with a single bed, Bedroom 3 (back) with a double bed. Garden: front and rear fully enclosed patio areas with garden furniture and barbecue. Heating: Full Central Heating and Woodburner (basket of logs provided). Parking: on road in front of cottage. Also provided: Linen provided (Beds made up). Towels provided. Books and games. Pets: A well behaved dog welcome, downstairs only. Agreed in advance. Pet charge £10 per dog. Max 2 dogs. Other things to note Steep winder stairs not suitable for elderly, people with mobility issues or young children. Only bathroom is located on ground floor and all bedrooms are upstairs. A well behaved dog welcome, downstairs only and not on furniture. Pet charge £20. Minimum 7 night stay (Friday to Friday) throughout weeks in July and August, also school holiday weeks. During other periods, 3 night (Friday to Sunday) or 4 night (Monday to Thursday) available. Minimum 3 nights for stays including Christmas Day or New Year.
