Waterfront cottage and beach sauna from the 80s

An 80s summer cottage (partially under renovation) and a good beach sauna by the sea are offered for rent. Bunk beds for 5 people. In the other room there is a kitchenette. Separate beach sauna. You can swim from the beach. The beach is rocky, swimming shoes are helpful. Inside there is a composting toilet, another one outside. No well, no shower. Drinking water to be brought with you, 10 l ready. You can use self-contained rainwater or seawater as washing water. Trampoline in the yard. You have your own peace in the yard, even if the neighboring cottages are next door. In the yard in the summer there are some ants, you should dodge them. Similarly, sometimes, especially in the spring, you can meet a harmless protected grass snake warming on the rocks. I don't remember seeing any snakes in the yard. In Finland, there are ticks in the forest, so here too, sometimes also mushrooms and berries. I'm renovating the kitchen, indoor bio toilet and terraces.
