Cozy, modern chalet for 3 people right next to the forest and yet close to the beach and center. Enjoy the idyll on the pet and child-friendly complex "Am Walde" and relax in the beautiful Lübeck bay! The space Relax in the beautiful Lübeck Bay directly on the forest and only 750 m to the beach in their private hot tub or infrared sauna. Our "wellness chalets" are from the beautiful 70s and have been newly furnished in 2020/2021 with new furniture, kitchen, TV appliances, jacuzzi, fireplace, infrared sauna and much more. They have a snuggly bedroom with box spring double bed (1.6x2.0m lounging area) & wardrobe and a bedroom with single box spring bed (80x200cm lying area) and infrared cabin (without wardrobe). A cozy living room with kitchen and a cute bathroom with shower round out your realm for your vacation. A beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and a wellness lounger complete the property. For the wellness factor there is a 3 person hot tub (Jacuzzi) and an infrared sauna..Your garden is fenced with a 110cm to 150cm high fence. In the small holiday complex "Am Walde" (consisting of 10 houses and 5 apartments) there is also a private dog playground (pasture fence with 1.25 m height with toys & slalomparkour) and of course a children's playground, so that 2 and 4-legs can have their fun and relax. Kellenhusen has plenty to offer for the dog lover. 3 dog beaches and a free-running area just 300m away right in the forest. You can walk beautiful paths through the forest with your partner/children/dog or walk along the water/beach. PURE relaxation. You can also rent bikes and sup (stand up paddle) from us (subject to availability). Note for billing: The dog is billed on site with €6/night and dog, city tax (2-3€ per adult/night according to Conditions of the Baltic Sea resort Kellenhusen), electricity consumption-dependent with 40ct/kwh (about 4-8€/day in summer , 7-16€/day in spring & autumn, 10 - 30€/day in winter) . Of course, you are welcome to heat with firewood, which lowers the electricity costs to summer consumption (either bring with you or shop in the markets). Our category classification: on our holiday complex there are units with different amenities. We have divided these into the categories retro, comfort and wellness. + Retro: Our houses and apartments basically all come from the 70/80s and are accordingly optically equipped or as you would say..."cozy as with nuts" with corresponding beds, kitchen with dishwasher, steel hobs, separate microwave and refrigerator, filter coffee machine, couch in the living room and armchair with TV and TV bench, bunk bed in the children's bedroom and double bed in the master bedroom A functional bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is of course part of this. Our Danish wooden houses have highly efficient electric heaters and water heater/water heater. + Comfort: Some of our units got new equipment, i.e. the furniture is newly equipped about 2020, some of the floor was replaced with low-maintenance current flooring, a new kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave hot air oven and Senseo pad coffee machine (optional with filter machine based on availability), box spring beds in the master bedroom and the Danish wooden bungalows have a wood-burning stove for the cold seasons. + Wellness: Some of our units have received wellness features in addition to the "comfort" change. I.e. The Danish wooden bungalows have a private infrared cabin and an outdoor hot tub in the garden and in addition a natural wooden fence. The apartments in this category have a hot tub, a large terrace with lounge furniture and some apartments also have a fence. Guest access Please send us your email address so we can send you everything important for your arrival. Other things to note Dogs are welcome with us (max. 2 dogs) . The cost is 6 euros/night per dog and are billed on site. Electricity is billed at 40ct/kWh according to consumption on site. Please expect about 3 - 8€/day in summer, spring/autumn about 6-20€/day, 13-30€/day in winter. (if you do not use the fireplace. When using the fireplace, this amount decreases significantly. We had guests on New Year's Eve 2021/2022 guests who only had about €9-13/day due to the use of the fireplace) Tourist tax is charged according to the conditions of the Baltic Sea resort of Kellenhusens (between 2-3 euros/day per adult ) Bed linen and towels are NOT included, they can bring them or rent them for a fee. (€12 per person for bed linen and 6€ per person for towels) Note about toddlers: This unit is for 3 people, unfortunately there is no additional space for a children's travel cot, which is not the case (and we want you to have a nice vacation without sagging around the children's travel cot). There is no wardrobe or large storage facilities in the bedroom with the information sauna. Note about hot tub in winter: This will be available to you all winter, but may not be turned off by you (wg Frost)
