Camus "THE SUMMER" (1954) The space -The 200 m2 accommodation is located at the east exit of Ain Benian, 10 minutes from the marina of El Jamila (formerly La Madrague), the International Conference Centre, the National Hotel School, the Club Des Pins and the Bouchaoui Forest. -The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2-story villa. -1 Master suite with private bathroom, 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, shared bathroom, toilet - Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. - Terraces with sea views. - On the ground floor, garden with swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor shower and toilet and private sea access only for my family and guests (access for my family and guests is independent) -Pool (5.5 x 9.5) approved and treated according to current standards. - Closed enclosure, under video surveillance and parking for up to 2 cars. Firm and secure parking. Guest access The garden and pool are for Airbnb guests only. Access to the sea is independent of the garden and can be used by guests and my loved ones. Other things to note Access to the sea is prohibited when it is dismantled. Pool maintenance and watering MUST be done every day from 8am to 9am by the caretaker.
