Dutch Barn, Cotswolds - Minutes to Soho Farmhouse

The Dutch Barn sits on the Northern edge of the Cotswolds. This farmyard conversion promises guests a stay that includes both style and substance. The Barn is beautifully bedecked throughout, presenting a sleek interior, stylish furnishings, and spacious rooms basking in natural light. Not only is it perfect for large groups to lay back and enjoy the serenity of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, but it also provides the ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds. The space The Dutch Barn was designed by the award winning architects studio Turner Works - Set in its own private 14 acre meadow. The ground floor boasts a large open-planned living space. At one end of the lounge, guests can recline on the large couch and soak up the country views though the floor to ceiling windows. On the other, there are several plush beanbags. The island kitchen comes fully equipped, while the large industrial style dining table is perfect for enjoying a feast with loved ones. The ground floor also offers a king-sized bedroom with an accompanying wet-room - ideal for those with limited mobility. Upstairs, there are six more bedrooms. This includes the master king-size bedroom with an en-suite, two king-size bedrooms, a twin room and two adult bunk rooms. There are two further bathrooms upstairs: One with a bath and shower and the other with a shower. Outside, there is a large wraparound decking area with garden furniture, BBQ and Fire Pit. There is also a 14 foot sunken trampoline in the meadow which is ideal for children to play on. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE the surrounding meadow changes with the seasons. For security reasons there is CCTV on the exterior of the property. The entrance gate is directly linked to our mobile phones. Please use the gate code to enter, not the buzzer. It can be temperamental, please just manually push it if it doesn’t open first time. The barn is NOT air conditioned and the temperature cannot be changed. There are Dyson fans for your use, should you need them. Please do not stick tape on the walls as this damages the paint, on removal. Please bring your own blu tack if you are planning to hang banners.
