The space This 1-bedroom condo is located on the top floor overlooking the bay in Old Town . You will be welcomed by tall ceilings, natural light, gas fire place, and a jetted bathtub. Off the living room enjoy coffee or wine on the balcony with unobstructed views of Humboldt bay and the marina. It is likely to observe kayaks, sailboats, and an occasional seal or sea lion swimming about and lounging on the marina docks. Back inside, you will find an open floor plan connecting the fully stocked kitchen, dining, and newly redecorated living space. After a long day exploring the many hidden treasure Humboldt County has to offer you can sleep easy in the new comfortable queen-sized bed or additional sofa bed in the living area. Guest access Self check-in anytime after 3pm makes starting your vacation or business trip a breeze. A lock box code will be emailed to you the day prior to your arrival. In the lock box you will be provided a condo key and a key fob which grants you access to the shared elevator and stairwells leading up to the residential floor of the building. Other things to note All guests that are accepted for a reservation will need to sign an additional rental agreement. Pricing: Our nightly rate includes hospitality taxes required by our city Dogs: One dog under 30 pounds is allowed for an extra fee of $25/night, up to a maximum of $125/stay. With an extra Pet Deposit of $150. A signed pet waiver is required.
