The house comprises: On the ground floor: a living room with TV overlooking an intimate patio; an adjoining dining room with a table for 12 people and an open fireplace area; a kitchen with a large gas stove, 2 refrigerators, one with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, storage cabinets (dishes, small appliances and household utensils are very complete); a bedroom with two bunk beds, a toilet/shower. On the outdoor patio: a large dining table with chairs, armchairs, umbrella, gas barbecue. On the 1st floor: three large bedrooms with linens, double beds and a crib; a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, large closet, two sinks; a separate toilet and a washing machine. The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, shutters and mosquito nets. On the 2nd floor: a bedroom under the roof with 2 single beds, which is accessed via a miller's ladder-style staircase. Just in front of the house, separated by a small country lane, there is the garden surrounded by stone walls with a 10.50 m long swimming pool, a gazebo with a dining table and benches, sunbeds, an umbrella and, at the very back of the garden, a separate area with table tennis. From the house, you can walk to the ramparts, 3 restaurants and shops with local products. Rental conditions: In July and August, minimum one week from Saturday at 5 pm to Saturday at 9:30 am. Non-smoking, no pets. The rental includes all linens: percale sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths. Wi-Fi is available + a television. The private pool is maintained (water analysis and cleaning) once a week or more if necessary, as is the watering of the garden, unless the guests prefer to take care of it themselves. The beds are made upon your arrival, and the house is cleaned. When you leave, the premises must be left clean. All linen provided must be returned in good condition and with normal soiling. Tenants have a washing machine at their disposal and are responsible for removing difficult stains such as blood, grease, and fruit stains themselves. - The barbecue will be cleaned and the garbage pails emptied. A joint inventory will be carried out at the end of the stay or, if this is not possible, any damage will be reported to the tenant and to Airbnb as quickly as possible.
