In the old village center of Niedersetzen, our inviting, older house is protected by the old linden tree. There are two adjoining rooms available for 2-4 guests. The kitchen and bathroom, which can also be used, are located on the floor above. You can enjoy the sun in the garden by the linden tree. There is a dog in the house, sometimes two. A horse lives in the garden from time to time. We live with 3 generations in the beautiful house and look forward to seeing guests! The space In the room there is a washing facility and the ceiling height is just under 2 meters, it is rustic and not everything is straight, as in new houses! Right outside the door there are beautiful hiking trails through forests and meadows, the Rothaarsteig is nearby and also the university!
