The space On the ground floor there is a room ideal for families with children. Ie, one "king" and 2 sofa for children. There is a separate kitchen and bathroom & satellite TV. On the second floor a spacious living room with kitchen , a bedroom with bathroom and dressing room. The 3rd floor a further three bedrooms. One bedroom with a "Royal bed", a bathroom and a dressing room. Two other rooms with polutora beds and a bathroom. The Villa has a large swimming pool 12m x 6m with a feeding system of waves, comfortable sun loungers and parasols. Also a built in BBQ with kitchen facilities. Other things to note We don’t take a security deposit from our guests but for peace of mind for both our customers and our owners we have added a one off Accidental Damage Insurance payment of €6.00 per person (Infants 0-2 not applicable).
