Elderberry Room

Our "Holunderstübchen" is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the border of a protected landscape area, but only a short distance from the center of Voerde. We have furnished the small apartment with about 34 square meters in the extension of our house, where the local head teacher used to have a stable and hayloft for self-sufficiency. On the ground floor you will find a modernly furnished eat-in kitchen and in the former hayloft is now the living room and bedroom with many windows and open attic. The space Our "Holunderstübchen" is well suited for two people. In addition to the double bed (1.40 m), there is also the possibility of putting together a third sleeping option from the existing seating elements. A small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is also on the upper floor. TV and Wi-Fi are provided. You can use the washing machine and dryer by arrangement. There is no smoking inside the building. The stairs to the upper floor are relatively steep. Therefore, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for small children and people with limited mobility. The apartment has its own entrance, a small hallway with a wardrobe, a parking space on the premises and bicycle storage. In the large, natural garden there is a table and chairs, here you can also grill (by appointment).
