The Bel Etage is located in the historic Petersdorf town hall on Fehmarn, centrally located in the town center and ideal for exploring the island. The apartment on the 2nd floor spans 130 square meters (1,400 square feet) and can accommodate up to 6 people. Three bedrooms and a children's room are available. The classically furnished apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the 1st upper floor and extends over one level with about 130 square meters of living space. Three large bedrooms with double beds and a separate children's room are available. A fully equipped kitchen with a separate pantry, a living and dining area with TV, as well as a sunny roof terrace and a beautiful pebble garden complete the offer. House & ambiance The classic decor creates a warm, cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms are very spacious, so you can also retreat undisturbed, even if you are on vacation with the whole family or friends. Room layout Bedroom 1: Double bed (180×200cm) Bedroom 2 (children's room): Cot (80×180 cm) and baby bed (70×140 cm). (The children's room is accessible from bedroom 1 and has a glass building window. It is not a full-fledged room as the window cannot be opened. However, the interior glass block window provides natural exposure. It is the perfect children's/baby room, if the proximity, for example, to the parent room is desired. Bedroom 3: Double bed (180×200 cm) and baby bed (60×120 cm) Bedroom 4: Double bed (180×200cm) The three bedrooms are uniformly designed in a timeless, classic style. Large double beds, pitch-pine floorboards, natural jute rugs, and white furniture create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of natural light gives the generously proportioned bedrooms a pleasant sense of spaciousness and ample room for relaxation. Kitchen The fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen, with a separate pantry, offers everything you need for cooking: stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, as well as all the essential cooking utensils, pots, pans, and cutlery. Thanks to its materials, the kitchen is a perfect combination of functional durability and timeless elegance. Living/dining area The light-filled living and dining area features a large solid-wood table for six people under elegant chandeliers, as well as a lounge corner with a sofa, two designer armchairs, a TV, and a striking concrete coffee table. Original pitch-pine floorboards and a jute rug set the mood of the room. Baths The bathroom is uniformly finished with warm, natural travertine stone tiles and features both a bathtub and a shower. A spacious double sink with a large wall mirror, as well as a separately enclosed toilet inside the bathroom, provide a high level of comfort. A window lets natural light into the room and completes the bright ambience. Outdoor spaces Particularly beautiful is the sunny roof terrace, which is available to two apartments of the house. It is divided into two zones, so each home has its own area. The terrace is equipped with barbecue, seating and sunbeds. In addition, the pebble garden next to the house, accessible via the parking lot. Equipped with seating, two sun loungers, a barbecue fireplace and a fire bowl, you can end your day here in a relaxed way, grill or bake bread together. The pebble garden can be used by both apartments and offers a nice way to spend time outdoors. Location & Surroundings Petersdorf is the second largest place on Fehmarn after Burg and is known for the annual rapeseed flower festival. The central location allows short distances to the beach, cycling and hiking trails as well as numerous attractions: 4 km to the beach Bojendorf, nature reserve Wallnau, Flügger lighthouse, the port town of Orth and Lemkenhafen. In the village itself, guests will find supermarkets, bakers, cafes and restaurants – all for a relaxing holiday on site.
