Cozy apartment with a view of the vineyards in a top location
You will spend the night in Radebeul-Kötzschenbroda. Radebeul borders directly on the urban area of Dresden. The apartment is spacious and bright. The bathroom and kitchen each have a window. A grocery discounter, each with a bakery and butcher, is 100 meters away. You can also choose a small traditional bakery - 150 m from your accommodation. Further shopping facilities, a pharmacy and two financial institutions can be found on Bahnhofstrasse, which can be reached in five minutes on foot. The central location of your accommodation allows you to use all kinds of public transport: a bus stop to drive to Meißen is only a few meters away. Tram line 4, which takes you to Dresden city center in about 30 minutes, is about 1 km from the apartment. You can still take the regional train, whose stop is also about 1 km away, to the state capital or to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meißen or Leipzig or ... The trip to Leipzig takes a good hour and is possible every hour. A day trip to the Czech capital, Prague, would also be an interesting destination that can be reached in one day. The possibilities for excursions seem to be endless. Some examples of the Radebeul area? Moritzburg with its hunting lodge and the pheasant's castle as well as its pond landscape, the Meissen porcelain factory and the cathedral, Wackerbarth castle in Radebeul. Hikes are also possible, including professional guidance, through the vineyards - starting in Diesbar-Seußlitz to Pillnitz, trips with the Loessnitz Dachshund or a steamboat on the Elbe, or you can explore the area by bike on the Elbradweg. Do you like quaint pubs and small shops? Then you are in Altkötzschenbroda, about 5 minutes walk from your accommodation. In December, a romantic Christmas market awaits you on the first three Advent weekends. Are you also a fan of Karl May? The Karl May Museum in Radebeul-Ost will surprise and impress you. The same applies to the annual Karl May Festival. There is also an absolute highlight for horse lovers: the Stallion Parade of the Saxon State Stud takes place every year in September on three weekends. Culture and art? Naturally. Numerous museums, exhibitions and theaters, not to mention one of the most famous opera houses in the world, the Semperoper, await your visit. Bringing pets is not excluded upon request, but is only possible after confirmation by me and there is a charge of € 6.50 per night. The stay is possible from one night. This involves an expense allowance of € 10 for the first person and € 8.50 for each additional person. Bed linen is included in the price. The final cleaning will be charged € 25, which must be paid on arrival. Furthermore, a deposit of € 100 is due, which will be refunded after departure. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The apartment is available from 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, possibly earlier; on the day of departure you should have left the apartment by 11:00 a.m. I wish you a relaxing and eventful stay.
