The house was built in 1965 and last renovated in 2017. The cosy village with approx. The space 1400 inhabitants has a family doctor and its own brewery with distillery and tasting. There is also a post office "Wiebkes Klönstuv" in the village centre, which also runs a small grocery store. You can also hire bicycles, have a delicious breakfast or lunch there. On the property (578m²) there is a large sun terrace, a large car parking space, garden furniture and a barbecue. Up to two more cars can be parked on the street directly in front of the house.
