My place is close to one of the most enchanting places in Sardinia. Porto Rafael is an enchanted place on one of the most beautiful seas in the world. You will love my place for these reasons: the tranquility, privacy, comfort of the house, the sea and the islands of the Maddalena Archipelago. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The space An oasis of peace and tranquility, with a spectacular view of the Gulf of La Maddalena. The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, having 3 bedrooms. The first with a king size bed, with air conditioning, has a private bathroom and a small sofa. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds, ideal for 4 children or teenagers, with a bathroom a few meters away. The third bedroom, with air conditioning, has external access and has 2 single beds, possibly joined together, and a private bathroom. In the large living room, there is a sofa that turns into a bed, accommodating 2 more adults. Like all sofa beds, it can be an emergency solution for a few days but for the whole vacation it can be uncomfortable. The patio with sea view has a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people: you can enjoy unforgettable breakfasts or dinners. In the back patio, there is a small outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and an area for washing and drying, including a washing machine. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment and dishwasher. In total, there are about 100 square meters covered plus outdoor spaces. The house is camouflaged within the vegetation and typical local rocks, while on the front there is a small garden useful for sunbathing or letting the children play. On the roof of the house there is a terrace where you can enjoy a spectacular view or sunbathe. Guest access The villa is at the guests' complete disposal.
