Salisbury stunning home within large grounds

Welcome to our beautiful family home set within its own large garden with fields all around. We are a working farm 3 miles from the Cathedral city of Salisbury. Perfect for walking, cycling or exploring Salisbury, Stonehenge, Old Sarum, Wilton House, Longleat, The New Forest, The Jurassic Coast, Bath, The Chalke Valley History Festival. Salisbury District Hospital, racecourse and golf course on the doorstep. Ample off street parking and safe storage for bicycles. Good pub meals nearby. The space Large twin room with private bathroom immediately adjacent. There is a large bath but no shower. Bedroom has a TV and seating area. At times it may be possible to offer a second bedroom for members of the same group only. Enjoy the lovely views and peaceful birdsong across our farmland towards Salisbury. We are a family of 4 (grown up children). We have 2 small dogs in the house and a budgie. Outside we have horses. We are friendly and welcoming. A simple breakfast is left out for guests to help themselves to in our stunning kitchen/diner (pictured). There is a very friendly local pub that serves meals at lunch and in the evening. There is a good selection of other local village pubs and plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs to choose from in Salisbury. Guest access I provide a simple breakfast (cereal, toast, tea/coffee) which guests are invited to help themselves to and eat at their leisure in the stunning kitchen/diner. The kitchen/diner is shared with the family. It is not possible to prepare an evening meal but there is an excellent pub very close by. Guests are expected to be away from the house during the day. During your stay Guests are politely reminded that we offer bed and breakfast only and you are expected to spend the day away from the house working or sight seeing and to make use of the local pubs and restaurants for lunch and dinner. We have lived in Salisbury for many years so have a very good knowledge of the area to help you plan your stay. Other things to note We are a friendly, helpful and welcoming family. However, we are offering only a B and B service and do expect our guests to be out of the house between 1000 hrs and 1800 hrs either working or sightseeing. There are no facilities to prepare or eat an evening meal. We respectfully ask guests to observe quiet time after 10pm. Not suitable for guests without either a car or bicycle. Thank you.
