This is my childhood house, recently renovated for my family's holiday. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, below the castle of Berat, which is only 10 min away on foot. It offers a wonderful view over the valley, city, river and mountain. You'll love sitting on the terrace or patios, enjoying the view and the colours of sunrise/sunset, while having breakfast/dinner or just relaxing sipping wine. I'd suggest you to book for at least 2 nights, to have time to discover the charming Berat. The space This is the 2nd floor of a building with a total of 4 apartments you can book. On the 2nd floor you will have free and exclusive access to the entire apt., with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, a big livingroom, all-around balcony and a patio/porch. There's air cond. in the bedrooms and living room. The 1st bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and an external dedicated bathroom. There's a fold out sofa bed of 120 cm in the living room and a single sofa bed. Each room has a window-door with direct access to the balcony. The kitchen has a dining area and the essential for a holiday stay, such as stovetop, small fridge, electric kettle, electric toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Towels, bed-lines and hair drier are provided. There’s a washing machine in the apartment. There's wi-fi in all the apartments. Guest access You have free and exclusive access to the entire apartment. You have also free access to the parking lot. In winter you can pick up fresh oranges from the trees in the garden. Other things to note Iron and ironing board can be provided on request. For the colder months an electric heaters can be provided on request, besides the air conditioner. A crib and a high chair for babies can be provided on request. We'll be happy to help with any other need you could have.
