The grounds are walled and gated with secure parking, private terrace and sun bathing area that catches the last rays, UK & ES TV channels. You are renting the whole Villa privately, no shared area's 100% private. The space The Villa is located in the quiet village of Los Banos De Fortuna famous for it's natural heated spa. Peace, tranquil and secluded location, with walled garden and private pool. (you are renting the whole Villa, pool and garden, not shared) 3km from Fortuna town. Perfect for a Family holiday or romantic getaway, such as an Anniversary or Honeymoon. The Villa is located within walking distance to both Fuente Spa and Leana Spa baths, Gardens, picturesque Victorian hotels and shops selling spa products. Perfect for country style walks & has many historical tourist attractions close by. The stunning mountain views, traditional Spanish taverns and restaurants, offering a menu del dia,which consist of 4 courses and a bottle of wine for €12-€16 combined with the affordable surrounding Spa's offers a rejuvenating break in the sun. Famous for its hot springs which were greatly appreciated by the Romans. Here you will find the natural hot water springs, the water is used to treat ory disorders and rheumatism but it's also said to help ease stress and various other ailments. For country lovers, to the south of Fortuna, there is a large lake, enclosed in a nature preservation area and surrounded by woods, ideal for walking or cycling. 25 minutes from Larger Shopping Outlets of Condomenia & Thader which contain most of the main European stores for clothing, home-ware and lots of restaurants.25 Minutes from the water slide park & natural zoo. 45 min drive to the nearest beach of Guadamar or 50 mins to the busy resort area of Torreveija or a couple of hours from Benidorm. It is a 25 minute drive to the heart of the historical Murcia city centre, with it's stunning square & metropolitan shops & eateries. Whilst we have had guests in the Villa without a car, I would recommend to hire a car & collect from arrival airport. Pets considered, free high speed wifi and TV in English and Spanish languages We live nearby and will clean the pool once per week or more if needed, fresh bedding is supplied per week. Check in instructions are sent with an extensive folder on how everything works & available on what’s app for any help & support if you require. We are available but leave you to enjoy your holiday. Car rental is recommended. Guest access The house is all on the ground floor level with no stairs. Tiled terraces & shaled parking area. The road leading to the gates is tarmac as is the roads around the area.
