Coastal villa with wonderful views

In a unique location along the coast of the Kulla Peninsula is this house with wonderful views of Skälderviken. The house of 75+60 sqm can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to a smart floor plan. The large and lush garden invites you to play and have fun. The patio with pizza oven and long table are ingredients for magical memories and not to mention the balcony and its views, perfect for coffee at sunrise or a long breakfast. Welcome! The space The house was built in the 1940s in a functional style and has recently undergone renovation. The upper floor consists of a hall, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and balcony. The basement/lower level has been converted to be more like a lower suite with a glass door out to the patio that is surrounded by greenery and gilded with a wood-fired pizza oven and fresh strawberries. On the lower floor, there is a hall, bedroom, TV room/bedroom and toilet/laundry room. In addition to these rooms, there is a storage room to which guests do not have access. Parking on the property accommodates most cars. The garden of 1500 sqm is enclosed and has a very lush and private feel. Open the gate to the sea and take fifteen steps before you are greeted by the lukewarm waters of Skälderviken. Take the adventure out to sea with one of the SUPs (StandUpPaddleboards) available to the guest and enjoy a sometimes mirror-like bay. Excursions here on the Kulla Peninsula are available in abundance, both physical challenges and gastronomic experiences. Hike along the Kullaleden and reward yourself with a coffee at Flickorna Lundgren, book an unforgettable tumlarsafari from Mölle, botanize among tomatoes at Vikentomater, play golf on award-winning courses, visit Sweden's highest lighthouse or why not settle down at one of all the culinary gems that are within reach. The Kulla Peninsula is a place with experiences in focus. Guest access During your stay, you will have free access to the entire summer house, with the exception of a smaller storage space. In addition, the opportunity to enjoy our wonderful garden in its entirety opens up.
