The Stables is a spacious, 2 bedroom annexe situated in a quiet rural location with views of the Norfolk countryside. The Stable boasts of comfortable beds with 200 thread count Egyptian cotton. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating with bbq facilities. The Stables is an ideal place for a weekend break or longer stay, and a perfect base to explore Norfolk, we are 25 minutes drive from the north Norfolk coast. The neighbouring village is home to the multi award winning Brisley Bell pub. The space The property contains: Sitting Room: sofa, dining table and chairs, flat screen smart TV with double doors leading out to the garden area and patio adjoining our paddocks. Kitchen: fully fitted kitchen, with cooker oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. Master bedroom: king size bed and sofa bed. Second bedroom: double bed and single bed. Bathroom: bath with integrated shower, and toilet. Outside access: patio area with garden furniture and barbecue, looking out over open countryside. Facilities: off-road parking, high speed fibre broadband. Please state if you require high chair and travel for in advance. Guest access Off street parking is available. Other things to note The Stables is an annexe to our home but is entirely separate. The outside space adjoins our paddocks and in the summer they have our (friendly) horses in. We also have some rescued chickens , which are quite free range! Well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge and please contact in advance. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and please be aware that any damage by any your pet you will liable for.
