A vacation in the middle of nowhere. Welcome to our Landblick vacation home. Enjoy a personalized vacation with family, friends, or as a couple. Our lovingly furnished and completely renovated vacation home offers space for up to 6 people to relax in 150 m² of living space and a sunny garden. The three separate bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds: one bedroom on the first floor features a double bed, another is located on the upper floor, and the third—which has twin beds—also includes a cozy sitting area with a TV where you can relax. The spacious living room, complete with a TV and Blu-ray player, is made even cozier by the wood-burning stove. The dining room offers plenty of space to enjoy a meal with friends and family or a game night. A small selection of games is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and features a seating area, stove (ceramic cooktop), oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, SodaStream, high chair, and much more—leaving nothing to be desired. The naturally lit bathroom on the first floor features a large sink and cabinets, a toilet, a corner bathtub, a hair dryer, and a first-aid kit. Upstairs, there is a guest bathroom with a shower and a small sink. In the utility room, you’ll find a washing machine, a dryer, and a drying rack. When you return from long walks or bike rides, your muscles are sure to appreciate the infrared sauna on the upper floor. Your vacation home features two terraces and a beautiful garden shed with a large porch, furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for relaxing barbecue evenings using the Weber charcoal grill. The large garden is 1.60 m high, secure, and completely fenced in. We also have a place for your bicycles—there’s a separate storage box on the property—and your car can park under the carport. We provide firewood for your wood-burning stove as well as free Wi-Fi. Please understand that smoking is not permitted inside the house. Your beloved pet is welcome upon request. Your vacation home is conveniently located on the K2 just outside the small village of Mulsum (population just under 2,000) and is part of the Fredenbeck joint municipality. The village has a bakery with a small attached grocery store, a small beverage store, a bank with an ATM, a hair salon, a flower shop, a doctor’s office, and a restaurant. Larger supermarkets, a drugstore, a pharmacy, a shoe and clothing store, a bakery with an ice cream parlor, and a gas station can be found in Fredenbeck, 7 km away. Mulsum is centrally located between the Hanseatic city of Stade and the town of Bremervörde, as well as midway between Hamburg and Bremen. The bike path for extended tours runs right in front of our property. We have prepared a folder for you with descriptions of several excursion destinations. Day trips by car are easily accessible from here in all directions, including, for example, Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven, the artists’ village of Worpswede, Soltau with Heidepark and its designer outlet store, the Lüneburg Heath, and much more. The city of Stade has an S-Bahn connection to Hamburg. You’ll find more information about this in the brochure as well. For nature lovers, there’s plenty to discover in the surrounding area: the Hohes Moor nature reserve between Elm and Oldendorf, the Milky Way, and, of course, the Alte Land—Northern Europe’s largest contiguous fruit-growing region, which offers its own charms in every season. We’ve also put together a short but excellent list of recommendations for culinary excursions, as well as for the movie theater, swimming pool, zoo, ice rink, and much more to discover in our area. Our home is right next door. We live there with our dog, cats, two old ponies, and chickens. This means we’re always just a short walk away if you have any questions.
