Friends Teepee

A cozy cottage in the Ardennes forests, to relax, discover and enjoy together! Make memories and experience adventures, in the vicinity of Durbuy. At the Sunclass holiday park, you will find a nice brasserie, an indoor swimming pool, a playground, and there are sports fields available for football, tennis, and ping pong, among other things. Inside, you can walk to the historic city center in 25 minutes, where you can stroll through the streets, or have a drink on one of the many terraces. The space Upon entering you will find the kitchen with dining area, the living room and also the bathroom with walk-in shower is located on the ground floor. At the entrance we also have a separate toilet. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own closet space and a screen can be slipped in front of the windows. The stairs can be closed at the top with a stair gate. In the cottage there are a high chair and a camping bed available. The bedding for this must be brought by yourself. The accommodation price includes taxes, final cleaning and a linen package. Upon arrival, you can report to the reception and the linen package will be handed out there. It is also possible to rent towels on site, or a kitchen package with towel, tea towel and dishcloth, but of course you can also bring your own. In the kitchen there is a gas stove, a large fridge with freezer and a combination microwave. There are also plenty of pots and pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. There is also a Nespresso machine and a kettle. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to BBQ or gourmet in or at the cottage. However, the park at the front offers the possibility to BBQ in a designated place (see pictures). Smoking is also not allowed in the cottage! Guest access The whole cottage is available, on the side of the cottage is a private parking space for one car, along the road more parking spaces are available if necessary. At the reception, you can pick up the key for the cottage. Other things to note The park has several sports fields, a heated indoor swimming pool, a furnished BBQ area, a laundry room for bicycles and a good brasserie with something for everyone. Washing machines and tumble dryers can also be used for a fee. The town of Durbuy is a 5-minute drive from the park, but just beyond the cottage begins a hiking trail that takes you from the park to the historic center in 25 minutes.
