Unique nature and sea location on the eastern side of Öland

Rent for at least 2 nights. Here is a fantastic opportunity to stay in the middle of nature surrounded by cattle. Rich bird life with a fantastic 180-degree view of the Baltic Sea. The area is a bird sanctuary. Only about a 20-minute drive to Borgholm, there is a wide range of restaurants, shops and other entertainment. The nearest grocery store is about 10 km north. Public swimming areas are located in Kårehamn about 10 km south on the eastern side of Öland. On the west side is Djupvik, about 6 km from the property. The space The guest house next to the main building is for rent, but not the main building. There is an associated bathroom/toilet next to the sleeping and kitchen area. The sleeping/kitchen area is about 8 sqm, i.e. limited space but contains a bunk bed, table and two chairs, bench next to the bed where there is a small refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Municipal drinking water is available in the shower area but not in the sleeping/kitchen area. Since there are cattle around the property, it is important that the gate is closed after any car has been driven in. Guest access Garden furniture can be used as well as a freestanding stainless steel sink for outdoor dishwashing. Other things to note The rental is for at least two nights. Access to a car is required to be able to get all the way down to the cottage by the lake. The nearest bus stop is up at Föra By, about a 10-minute drive. The nearest grocery store is about 10 km north of the property (Sandvik). Nice beach is located in Kårehamn on the east side. Swimming jetty is located in Djupvik on the west side.
