Private country setting. RV/Glamping/Camping

Located 6 miles from Marsh Creek State park. Great location between Pennsylvania Dutch Country and The city of Philadelphia. 90 minutes from NYC. Enjoy the peaceful private quiet setting with amazing views. Located on the property of our 1850 farmhouse. Surrounded by farms and amazing scenery. Booking is unavailable from Dec 9th to April 1st due to unpredictable weather. Please message if you are interested in any dates during this time to assess weather conditions. The space This is a roomy RV, You have a bedroom and living room which includes a stove, microwave and oven. There are dishes, silverware, a toaster, coffee maker (Mr. Coffee) and pots and pans. There is a back garage (12x12) that has a few camping items in it. The private bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a double size loft bed that is accessible by a ladder above the garage and accessible in the living room. The couch is not pull out and may be short to accommodate an adult to sleep on. Please keep in mind, this is an RV, it is not a 5 star hotel. Its cozy and quaint with great views of an open field. You may see a deer or fox. The RV is also located next to our home. The front door opens up to the beautiful field. The other side is about 20 feet from the home (to accommodate your hook ups). This rental is for the RV and the field/area in the front of it only. Our home and property behind the RV are not included in the listing and available to guest. The camper does have heat and air conditioning. We provide camping chairs, a fire pit and wood. We do not have Wifi or cable. The TV is a smart TV. Most guests connect the Smart TV to their own Hot Spot. The RV is located on a field and you will need to drive on a field to access. The grass in the field in front of RV will be high at times during the season. This is to allow the farmer to ball up for hay. I posted a photo so you see the area that is trimmed for chairs. If you are staying mid-week, they may be machines cutting to ball up the grass. Please inquire before booking with concerns if you have any. Guest access Full RV.
