The villa is on 2 levels comprising: - 4 rooms on the ground floor: 1 dining room and 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms/toilets. Living and dining room on terrace facing the sea. Living room and bar on poolside terrace with carbet -2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/toilets on the 1st floor (access via the external staircase) Other things to note In the price of your rental is included the reception at the villa, you will need to rent a vehicle. In the villa, you will find an aperitif tray with a snack for the first evening as well as a breakfast tray for your first morning. A flat rate of €200 is required for end-of-stay cleaning and laundry costs. A deposit check of €1900 is required.
