The beach offers two distinct experiences: on one side, the open sea ideal for surfers; on the other, calm and safe waters for swimming at low tide, suitable for all ages. The space The property is simple and rustic, located in a very special place, with an area of approximately 6,000 m². Part of the property is facing the sea, while another part is separated by a dune, providing a panoramic view of the beach. At the end of the property, there is a wonderful view of the lagoon meeting the sea. Surrounded by greenery, the property is next to the Dunas de Santo Antônio restinga reserve. The outdoor space offers a garden with a pergola, special lighting at night, a lounge with a fireplace area, and kiosks covered with straw. There are comfortable chairs and sun loungers facing the sea, with exclusive access to the beach and parking inside the property. The apartment, located in the main building, is simple but functional, with the necessary basics. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 2-burner cooktop, coffee maker, blender, griddle, pots, dishes, chairs, dining table, and an empty refrigerator to store your favorite drinks and snacks. Depending on the unit, the apartment may be on the first floor, on the top floor of a chalet with a balcony and sea view, or on the ground floor with a balcony facing the morning glory garden. Guest access Guests have access to the reserved accommodation and the entire outdoor area. In addition, we have exclusive access to the beach. During your stay We live on-site, so we are always available. If you need anything, just call us! Other things to note We don't serve breakfast, but your kitchen is stocked with the basics so you can prepare your own meals. The refrigerator is offered empty to accommodate your drinks and snacks. Loud sounds of any kind, whether from speakers or cars, are prohibited at any time. However, musical instruments and small speakers are welcome in the campfire area. Receiving guests is not allowed, whether in the apartments, outside or in the parking lot, except for the guests themselves. For everyone's safety, remember to close your bedroom door and gates when entering or leaving. We are located in an environmental reserve, so it is important that you bring and use insect repellent. The nearest ATM is in Praia do Forte, but some stalls and restaurants accept credit cards and Pix. Depending on the season, restaurants may not be open at night during the week, and there is no supermarket or pharmacy nearby. There is a small market in the village that sells only the basics, including mineral water and large bottles. To protect against Covid and other flu viruses, after check-in, we no longer enter the apartments. Cleaning is carried out every 5 days of stay, with a change of bed and bath linens. The television is smart, with access to Netflix or Amazon, but we do not offer cable TV or open channels. We have two medium-sized, docile dogs, but they are territorial with other animals. Therefore, we ask that you not bring your PET.
