About the stay: A 100+ year-old heritage villa set amidst a lush coffee estate in Coorg, surrounded by greenery and open spaces. The home offers a simple, rustic charm with a long sit-out veranda, a spacious front yard, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms, a living area, and one attached bathroom and an additional separate toilet. A caretaker stays on the premises in a separate room to assist you during your stay. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the entire villa, including the bedrooms, living area, dining space, kitchen, washrooms, sit-out veranda, spacious front yard, and the surrounding garden areas within the estate. You are welcome to explore the coffee estate and the natural surroundings; however, we request that any activities within the estate be done with prior permission to ensure safety and care for the environment. If you’re planning any small gatherings or celebrations, kindly inform us in advance so we can assist you better. We encourage guests to enjoy music and their time here responsibly, keeping in mind the peaceful surroundings, nature, and wildlife around the property. A caretaker is present on the premises (in a separate space) to assist you during your stay, including preparing breakfast and meals on request, while ensuring your privacy. Other things to note This is an ancient rustic villa offering a heritage Coorgi lifestyle and a chance to unwind in nature. Expect an easygoing experience, not a luxury vacation.
