West London Blues The space Situated on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of lively Shepherd’s Bush, this three-bedroom home wows with bursts of colour and quaint quirks of personality. Complete with a verdant private garden and plenty of room to spread out in, explore the high street delights of Uxbridge Road, or venture further afield with ease to nearby Notting Hill and Kensington. Stroll up the monochrome path up to the front door, where you’re greeted by an entrance hallway and the living room on the left-hand side. A spacious and bright room with a large bay window, there are two sofas surrounding the coffee table, as well as a television and fireplace. The room is decorated with lovely artwork and pottery. Nearby, the dining space features a lovely oval dining table and surrounding chairs, a bookcase and delightful art pieces – with views of the garden to boot. Adjacent, the kitchen is contemporary in style, with beautiful teal tiling. Sitting next to the bi-fold doors out to the garden is an intimate breakfast table for four, ready to welcome you for a quick coffee in the morning. Fully stocked with all the amenities you’ll need, this space is as efficient as it is attractive. Venture out to the sunny private garden, which features a leafy patio complete with outdoor furniture – perfect for al fresco dining or a cocktail in the sun. At the top of the first flight of stairs, the first bedroom awaits, adorned in charming bright blue. This room features a double bed, art on the walls, views of the garden below, and a wardrobe for storage. On the same floor you’ll find another bedroom, this time featuring a king-sized bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe. You’ll also find the primary bathroom here, which includes a bath with an overhead shower, a toilet and a wash basin. On the top storey is the principal bedroom, centred on a plush king-sized bed. This room is in the eaves of the home, with a pitched ceiling. By the window is a desk with a chair, as well as a television. There is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers as well. Guests in this room can also enjoy the en-suite bathroom, which offers a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. We Love  The lush, leafy private garden – perfect for those sunny London afternoons when the craving for a charcuterie board and cold beverage hits. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Please note, the hallway, sitting room and small bedroom have been redecorated & the garden improved since these photos were taken. There is a baby cot available if required. Part of the charm of this home is its vintage elegance and antique furniture (like that classic dining room table.), but that does mean that parts of it are rather delicate and require some extra care when using. We'd say this home is not really suited to young children and ask that older children take care when visiting. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party. Please be aware, once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement, as well as ID verification via our partners Truvi. This is mandatory for all of our stays.
