The property offers fantastic sea views and the unique advantage of its own access to a semi-private sandy beach at just 3 minutes walk right down the house. The views from the veranda are breathtaking with the small island of Tsougria right in front. It can accommodate 6 persons (adults and children). The main villa features a living area with dining room section, Air Conditioning and a new fully equipped kitchen that allows to cook for a big family. There are 2 spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, Air Conditioning, ceiling fan, and the second bedroom has two single beds (pushed together upon request), Air Conditioning, a ceiling fan and a shared bathroom. Villa Kandili also has a calm independent studio with one double bed, an “en suite” shower room and WC, a mini fridge, Air Conditioning and a veranda with sea view. For boat lovers, there is charter sailing and boat tours around the island of Skiathos (were is the worldwide famous beach of Lalaria). You can also visit the Marine life protection center on neighboring Alonissos Island and there is also a boat trip to Skopelos island to visit some of the “Mamma Mia!” movie locations.
