Villa Topas - Apartments with large garden In the beautiful old officer villa your relaxation is guaranteed. A large garden with size of about 700m² invites you to sunbathe, to sit comfortably in the countryside as well as for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the Villa Topas there are three different apartments. On the ground floor is the apartment "Mussel", on the first floor the apartment "Krabbe" and on the top floor the apartment "Seestern". The space The apartments on the ground floor and first floor each have 85 m² of living area and the apartment on the first floor has a living area of 65 m². Number of persons: Residence "Shell" and "Crab" 4 – 6 persons, Residence "Starfish" 2 – 4 persons The beautiful Villa Topas is a non-smoking accommodation. From the villa you can cycle for about 15 minutes on beautifully landscaped bike paths to the city center, in another 5 minutes you are on the Jadeallee towards the south beach, which you can reach in another 10 minutes. On the way there, you will pass the pumping station, where cabaret or concerts take place, as well as beautiful cafés that invite you to linger. To relax, the beautifully landscaped garden of Villa Topas offers enough space, loungers and garden furniture are of course available for you free of charge. There is of course a barbecue for our grill enthusiastic guests, of course. Our little guests are also taken care of, the large garden has enough space to romp, play badminton or table tennis. Unfortunately pets are not permitted in our vacation rentals. During your stay Moin Moin We are born in Wilhelmshaven with body and soul and just like to live here on the beautiful North Sea. I named the Villa Topas after my boys Tom and Paul, who spent their childhood there.
