Built in 1844, the Westermarscher Grashaus is wonderfully located in the countryside, right on the dike between Norddeich and Greetsiel. On the premises The space When designing the newly renovated apartment on the former granary of the courtyard, an open loft living feeling, the successful contrast between old and new as well as stylish interior accents were important to us. The windows are located on the northwestern wing of the courtyard, so that in the morning a wonderful light falls into the rooms. The apartment is ideal for two people or just to relax for a few days on your own. The ceiling height is 2.20 m with historic beams, which have a height of 1.90 m. Our property covers almost 2 hectares and you have access to a large garden where you can quickly forget the time. Garden furniture and fire baskets for cozy campfires in the evening are at your disposal. Guest access There is a guest parking space on our large property. The two apartments on the upper floor of the courtyard are accessible via the common main entrance. Other things to note The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your digital guest card (North Sea Service Card) by email on the day of your arrival. Upstairs of the farm is another apartment. We therefore ask our guests to be considerate of each other so that everyone can have a nice and above all quiet vacation.
