The Carpenters of the King Loft

On the 2nd floor of Château de Ravenel, the Loft des Charpentiers du Roi is private for your group (up to 12 guests). It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms and a video projector under the old roof trusses. Other groups may stay in the château and its outbuildings; the château entrance, the park and outside amenities are shared. Your booking does not give you exclusive use of the estate. Self check-in from 4pm; assistance from 6am to 10pm. The space The Loft des Charpentiers du Roi is located on the second floor of the castle and offers an ideal layout for group stays. From the entrance, a hallway leads to the various areas of the accommodation. On the left, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that is convenient and welcoming for preparing your meals with ease. The main living space consists of two living areas, with a relaxation area equipped with a 140 cm wide sofa bed, a large pouf and a video projector, perfect for your movie nights or moments of relaxation. A large dining table allows you to gather comfortably to share meals and convivial moments. At the back of the accommodation, a long hallway leads to the four bedrooms as well as to the two separate, enclosed toilets. One of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, while a second shared bathroom completes the accommodation for added comfort and convenience. Bedroom 1 has two double beds 140 × 190 cm; bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 each have a bed 160 × 200 cm. Guest access You have private use of the entire Loft des Charpentiers du Roi: bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, kitchen, living rooms and dining area. The entrance to the château and the staircase are shared by several accommodations. Other groups may stay on the estate during your stay. The park, the play areas and the authorized outdoor spaces are shared with their guests. Booking the Loft does not grant exclusive use of the castle or its grounds. Please respect the accessible areas and everyone's peace and quiet. Other accommodations on the estate can be booked separately on Airbnb, subject to availability. Other things to note HOUSE RULES No smoking and no vaping allowed. Pets are not allowed by default. Any exception requires our prior approval, which must be requested via Airbnb messaging before booking. The estate offers various activities depending on the season and availability: quad bike rides, an inflatable structure for children during the summer, paintball and other leisure activities nearby thanks to our partners. Please feel free to contact us through Airbnb messaging for more information. Self check-in is possible anytime after 4:00 p.m. In-person assistance is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. After 10:00 p.m., self check-in is still possible, but immediate in-person assistance is not guaranteed: guests must follow the access instructions provided. The cleaning fee includes cleaning the property and changing the linens after your stay. Dishes used during your stay remain your responsibility: please leave them clean and tidy before your departure. Our team takes care of cleaning the accommodation.
