A wonderfully restored stone farmhouse with a beautiful swimming pool set in tranquil gardens, with incredible views across the surrounding countryside. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen. Living room with open fireplace. Outside there is a private garden with lots of garden furniture for alfresco dining. Pérard is 6 Kms from the pretty medieval village of Caylus and only 15 kms from Saint Antonin Noble Val. The space Pérard sits on 2 hectares of land. The maison has 2 floors. On the ground floor the living room is entered via a covered veranda. The kitchen being the heart of the house is next door. The Rita suite also on the ground floor is the family suite with 2 interconnected rooms. One with large queen bed and the other with twin beds. A bathroom with large bath tub also on the ground floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, the Emily and Noah rooms both with en-suite bathrooms.
