Medwyn, a cosy yet spacious rural retreat

A traditional cottage in a prime location, Medwyn has been recently renovated to a very high standard to provide self-catering accommodation for up to 4 guests on one level. Located in the conservation village of Coulter, the cottage has an enclosed private garden ideal for one well-behaved dog and offers views over fields and woodland. On the doorstep are stunning hills and the River Clyde, while the attractions of Edinburgh and Glasgow are also within easy reach. Minimum 3 night stay. The space The well equipped kitchen has underfloor heating, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, while the cosy living room boasts a log burner and French doors on to the garden. There is a separate spacious dining room and a traditionally styled bathroom offering a walk in shower and free standing slipper bath. Bedroom one has a king size bed which can be separated into two small single beds (2 ft 6” x 6ft) ideal for children or young adults, and bedroom two has a double bed. Additional facilities include Wifi, TV with Freeview and DVD player, plus Bluetooth sound system. Oil-fired central heating is installed throughout the property and there is quiet on-street parking directly adjacent to the cottage.
