Lola’s Luxury Holiday Lodge - beautiful sea views

Modern, bright and cosy holiday lodge with sea views and private hot tub in the tranquil village of East Mersea. Ideal for a romantic couples break or for a small family get away. The lodge has everything you could need to ensure the whole family are catered for! It is a real home from home. Perfect to celebrate a special occasion! The space The lodge is bright and spacious with lovely views of the sea from the balcony and hot tub. The balcony has a table and chairs and a in-floor hot tub. The lodge is all on one level apart from the 3 steps to get onto the balcony. The lounge diner and kitchen is all open plan leading out onto the balcony. The TV in the living area is a smart TV where you can access apps such as Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, cookware and cutlery. There is a dishwasher, cooker and fridge freezer. There is a kettle and toaster. Basic tea/coffee/sugar is provided. All rooms have a TV, fitted wardrobes/drawers and bedside tables. Bedding and one towel per guest is provided. There is travel cot in the twin room wardrobe for those with babies. You will need own bedding for this. We also have a IKEA high chair and a high chair seat that can be attached to a dining chair. The utility room has a washer dryer- guests would need to bring own laundry essentials. The boiler can be found in the utility room cupboard by the door for heating controls. The router is also in this cupboard. The family bathroom has a bath and in-bath shower. You will find a bath mat, toddler stool, potty and toilet seat adaptor in the cupboard by the bath. The en-suite to the master bedroom has a walk in shower. This room also has a walk in wardrobe for storage. (Room available only for bookings of 5/6 people) Outside there is ample parking and a field for the kids to play on directly in front of lodge. The park amenities are a short walk to the other side of the field towards the sea. Guest access Guests have sole, private use of the lodge; we do not book several guests in at once. Guests have private access to the lodge with their own key collection from a key box on the property. If booking for two the double room will be allocated unless you request separate rooms. *Please note beds will only be made up for the number of booked guests. If booking for four then 1 twin room and 1 double room will be available. The master bedroom is opened for bookings of 5/6 only and otherwise is locked. Other things to note Strictly no smoking/vaping or pets inside the premises. One bath towel per guest is provided as well as a hand towel in each bathroom. It is advisable to bring extra towels if you are staying for a longer duration and for use of the hot tub. There are payable on site facilities provided by Park Dean Resorts open between April and November. Entertainment passes for this can be purchased at reception. Approximate costs for a weekend/short stay are off peak - £9 and peak (school holidays or bank holidays) £10 and for a week stay off peak £16.65 and peak £18. Under 2’s do not require a pass. The amenities on site include a club house with bar and food amenities, entertainment events, a small shop, amusement arcade, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, pool table and sky sports and outdoor multipurpose games area. These amenities are subject to change and may be closed at the decision of the park. Our listing does not take responsibility for any issues with park amenities as the booking is for our beautiful family lodge only. If you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay we offer some decoration/balloons for your arrival. These can be added at a reasonable cost. Please message and we can discuss details! Don’t forget to check the tide times for when you cross ‘the stroud’ onto the island because the tide covers the road and it is not possible to drive through for an hour or so!
