The house of 90 square meters, is distributed with a living-dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, one full bathroom in suite, toilet, two terraces of 25 square meters each, interior patio, laundry and garage. It has a spacious and bright living-dining room with air conditioning (hot/cold), flat TV and Internet Access. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, induction hob, smoke extractor, built-in oven and microwave and dishwasher. It also has a coffee maker, kettle, and all utensils and crockery necessary for cooking. The main bedroom, ventilated and bright, has a comfortable double bed and two large built-in wardrobes, equipped with drawer and safe. It is also equipped with air conditioning. In addition, it also has an in-suite bathroom. The other double bedroom has an original and fun bunk bed. The terrace, which gives access to busier street, has outdoor furniture.
