Beautiful 2-room apartment to feel good!

The apartment is small but nicely furnished and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping mall (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walking distance. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk. The space The apartment is equipped with the essentials for a relaxing vacation, a short trip or for professional appointments. Please note that I am NOT a guesthouse, hostel or hotel and therefore do not have the equipment for it. The apartment is inhabited and may not always be 100% clinically sterile. The price already includes the accommodation tax of 5% that I have to pay to the city of Chemnitz. The kitchen (somewhat dated, but functional) has all the important details (plates, cups, cutlery, pots, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, microwave, etc.). There is a bedroom with a double bed (for 2 people) and a living room, which is equipped with a sofa bed to pull out (for 2 people). Another person can be provided with a guest air mattress on request. There is also a dining table with 4x chairs, a small stereo system with CDs, a TV (without cable or satellite reception) with DVD player and a few movies. Books, card games and various wooden games for pastime are also provided. The bathroom is a little smaller and fully equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. In the hallway you will find a coat rack, as well as a mirror and a small table with important utensils (first aid kit, shoe puller, etc.). If something extra is desired, please request in advance. I'll try to make everything possible. Guest access The apartment can be occupied by you alone during the time you are there. But I'm very often next door with my neighbor overnight, so not far away. NO additional guests or visitors ALLOWED! This will be monitored by my neighbor and I will inform you about it if necessary! Other things to note I offer free Wi-Fi access to my guests. The price already includes the accommodation tax of 5% that I have to pay to the city of Chemnitz. For the final cleaning, I have to charge an additional €18.
